Description
This 270-piece drywall anchor and screw assortment kit contains plastic anchors and matching screws for fixing tasks involving drywall and similar wall boards. The set is intended for household repairs, installation work and general maintenance where a selection of plastic anchors and screws is required. Typical applications may include fitting pictures, mirrors, shelves, brackets and lightweight wall fixtures to suitable wall surfaces, subject to the wall construction, load and fixing method being appropriate for the item being installed. Plastic anchors are commonly used for light-duty fixing in suitable substrates; users should confirm that the anchor type and size are appropriate for the wall material and intended load. The assortment format is intended to keep several sizes available in one kit, which can be useful where different fittings are encountered. The set should be stored in a compartment case or drawer organiser and inspected before use for missing or damaged pieces. Users should follow the fixing recommendations applicable to the wall type and item being secured, and should seek appropriate guidance where the load or substrate is uncertain.
